'Biblical' Floods Worldwide

Major flooding is occurring simultaneously all around the world.  The United States, Mexico, Russia, China, France, Germany, Belgium, Ukraine, Romania, and elsewhere are all undergoing record-breaking floods.  The death toll continues to rise with at least 10 dead in Germany, 9 in the United States, and 2 in France.  Floodwaters in Paris actually peaked on Friday, the same day that Paris hosted an Israeli-Palestinian peace conference.
