Droughts Everywhere!

Record droughts in Thailand, Israel, Britain, Russia, and elsewhere. 2010 has been the hottest year on record so far. Global warming? Doesn't appear to be, but rather El Nino weather patterns. In any case... this is a big deal. Last year 15 percent of the contiguous United States were in drought. This year it is 27 percent! Something is going on.
