2014-02-13 Ten Days

Thirty years of software development has enhanced my love of math and numbers.  This along with some previously discussed findings by others has deepened my intrigue.  Chuck Missler has had much to do with my discovery of the depth and integration of God's rich and inspired word.

I have been intrigued for sometime about the following verses:

Hosea 6:1-3

“Come, let us return to the Lord.

For He has torn us, but He will heal us;

He has wounded us, but He will bandage us.

“He will revive us after two days;

He will raise us up on the third day,

That we may live before Him.

“So let us know, let us press on to know the Lord.

His going forth is as certain as the dawn;

And He will come to us like the rain,

Like the spring rain watering the earth.”

John 4:40-43

So when the Samaritans came to Jesus, they were asking Him to stay with them; and He stayed

there two days. Many more believed because of His word; and they were saying to the

woman, “It is no longer because of what you said that we believe, for we have heard for

ourselves and know that this One is indeed the Savior of the world.”

After the two days He went forth from there into Galilee.

Ok - so what?

Well if a day is as a thousand years:

2 Peter 3:8 (NASB)

But do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years like one day.

...is He coming for the church after 2000 years?

2014 - 33ad = 1981 years.

True enough on a Gregorian calendar.

The Hebrew calendar is not Gregorian (pope gregory) 365 days.  It is 12 months x 30 days = 360 days.

On a Jewish calendar it has been 2010 years.

2010 x 360 = 723,600

If we look at Ascension day 2014 and subtract 723,600 days, it takes you right to the Resurrection.

Ok so we're beyond 2,000 years.  Wierd.  As we saw earlier God's timing is perfect and He telegraphs His actions.

Amos 3:7

Surely the Lord God does nothing
Unless He reveals His secret counsel
To His servants the prophets.

If you agree to take this as a given then why are +10 years?  What happened?

Personally I think the 2004 Thailand Tsunami may have been the breaking of the water before the trevail of child birth and the delivery.

Revelation 2:8-11

“And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write:

The first and the last, who was dead, and has come to life, says this:

‘I know your tribulation and your poverty (but you are rich), and the blasphemy by those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. Do not fear what you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to cast some of you into prison, so that you will be tested, and you will have tribulation for ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life. He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. He who overcomes will not be hurt by the second death.’

If the Rapture/Harpazo is at Revelation 4:1:

After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven, and the first voice which I had heard, like the sound of a trumpet speaking with me, said, “Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after these things.”

...as is commonly believed, then what's going on back in Revelation 2?

Well certainly it was written for a church in Smyrna in ages past.

However, I believe it may also be prophetic.

Conclusion

God's word is perfect.  At the end of the day, we'll find we missed so many clues that were clear and tightly woven.

So many signs point to 2014.  If that's news to you, keep reading this blog or many others (see our links).

If this is the year, we'll find that all of the signs will converge.  I believe they are and they are screaming His return.

Interesting that Christ fulfilled the Leviticus 23 - 3 spring feasts and either partially or fully fulfilled the summer appointed day of Pentecost.

While we are strongly inclined to believe the Rapture is at Rosh Hashanah/Feast of Trumpets, it doesn't line up with the discoveries of late with the Revelation 12 mid-trib sign that has been found to be lined up for Rosh 2017.

If so, we're leaving.  SOON!  VERY SOON!

Regardless of this post all of the other signs are pointing to an imminent departure!

Thoughts

Still thinking that an attack on Israel is right on top of us.  Global economic collapse.  Rapture.  War.  Fulfillment:  Psalms 83, Isaiah 17, Isaiah 19, Jeremiah 49, Zechariah 12.
