Why now?  I see through September lenses.  The Ukrainian invasion was over a year ago.  Is the USA declaring their intention to go up against Russia, should there be further aggression?  We haven't been willing ---- ever.

Personally I think if there's going to military conflict soon it will be because, Israel is pressed and may very well attack soon.
