God moving
God the everlasting. God unchanging. The one who does not grow weary, who is solid and does not change like shifting shadows. The God who was and is and is to come, the GREAT I AM, the I AM THAT I AM, the One who is HOLY HOLY HOLY, ALPHA OMEGA, Beginning and the End, The First and the Last, The Ancient of Days who is before all things made a change.
How is it unchanging LORD that you chose to make a change?
God said let there be and it was so.
Let us create man in Our Image.
The One who is Ageless, Eternal, Perfect, Beautiful, Filled with Pleasure, Contentment, Peace, Love, Joy, Patience, Goodness, Gentleness, Kindness and Self-control chose to share. The greatest gift - Himself.
God changed the order of things and said Let there be light and it was so.
Into that which was dark, formless and void God brought order, beauty, purpose and life.
He made a covenant.
He rescued a baby in a basket.
He summoned His servant from the wilderness.
He declared Let My People Go.
He parted the waters.
He brought water in the desert.
He came near.
He made His dwelling place with men.
He banished the foe and the avengers.
He has been long suffering.
He laid it all down to demonstrate the unfathomable riches of His grace.
He emptied Heaven to declare do not be afraid for good news has been brought to all the people.
He made Himself nothing.
He made Himself helpless.
He calmed the water.
He commanded even the demons.
He built the church on the unshakable rock.
He inspired every word, jot and tittle.
He has held us together by the very breath of His Word.
He covered a chasm of sin that none can comprehend.
He hung naked beaten, tortured and bleeding on a cross.
He stepped into the RIGHTEOUS WRATH ANGER AND JUDGEMENT OF THE HOLY ONE.
He made a way.
He split a curtain.
He rolled away a linen napkin.
He rolled away a stone.
He removed the barrier. He provided confident assurance to approach the MOST HOLY PLACE.
He made a way.
He has prepared a place.
He has removed the sting of death, hell and the grave.
He brought hope to a dry and weary land where there is no water.
He allows us to stand with joy when the stables are empty and the fields are bare.
He ran.
He gave us a new identity, a new name, told us we would do greater things and gave His seal to go in His name.
How can it be…
He will roll up the heavens like a scroll.
He will make all things new.
He is alive.
He is at work.
