Showdown In the House Of Representatives As Democrats Try To Force Through Transgender Bathroom Measure

The situation turned raucous as Democrats attempted to sneakily slip in a transgender bathroom measure in an unrelated appropriations bill.  The bill was set to pass, but at the last minute Republicans caught on and senior leadership switched their votes to nay and the bill was defeated (thankfully) by just one vote 213-212.

Heated exchanges ensued and Democratic leadership, in conjunction with media sources, are attempting to shame those Republicans who switched their votes.
